What's included

Every spot purchased on the Lewis County Guide includes turnkey professional graphic ad layout, full-color commercial printing on heavy 14/16pt gloss cardstock with UV coating, USPS Every Door Direct Mail postage, postal bundling, and direct residential carrier delivery to all single-family routes designated for the campaign.

Category exclusivity

To protect advertiser value, we enforce strict category exclusivity: only one business per specific trade or professional niche is accepted per mailer issue. First-time reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Existing advertisers in good standing receive the first right of refusal to renew their exclusive category for the following month's card prior to open public booking.

Artwork & Proof Approval

Advertisers must provide logos, text copy, or finished artwork by the specified Artwork Due date. If our team creates your ad layout, you will receive a digital proof via email. You must provide timely approval or requested edits before the commercial press cutoff.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel before the artwork deadline: we refund your payment minus the card processing fee.
• Cancellation after artwork deadline: Once the artwork deadline passes, production files are locked, submitted to GotPrint, and gang-run printing commences. Because press space cannot be resold or reconfigured at that stage, cancellations requested after the artwork deadline are non-refundable.
• Publisher cancellation or ad rejection: In the rare event that publisher cannot accept your advertisement or a mailer issue is cancelled, you will receive an immediate 100% full refund.
