Targeted high-conversion mail routes
Turnkey direct mail for busy business owners. We handle layout, commercial printing, and USPS delivery.
Choose an open position on the real postcard. Your trade category locks out competitors the moment you complete your reservation.
Upload your logo and offer, or submit finished artwork. We format a high-converting layout and send you a digital proof to approve before it prints.
We print on heavy 14/16pt gloss cardstock and mail directly through USPS Every Door Direct Mail. You get notified the day it lands in mailboxes.
Why pay solo direct-mail prices when you can share the vehicle with trusted local trades?

Logo, bold headline, compelling offer, phone number, and QR code. Most businesses start here.
Twice the room. Ideal for showcasing photos, multiple service bullet points, or two distinct offers side-by-side.
The marquee placement on the postcard. Front and center on the back side. Demands immediate attention as soon as it's pulled from the mailbox.
Each card carries strictly one business per category, so your ad never competes with a competitor's coupon. Categories are reserved first-come, first-served.
First right to keep your category: Whoever runs a category on this month's card gets the first opportunity to renew it for next month before it's offered to any other business in Lewis County.
The Lewis County Guide is published by Zach Bradley, owner of Just In Time Home Inspections right here in Chehalis. JIT Inspections holds an anchor spot on every card—meaning we are investing alongside you, advertising our own business right next to yours, and ensuring every single print run is executed with pristine quality.
Everything you need to know about reserving your spot and reaching local residents.
Residents on targeted, high-conversion USPS carrier routes across Centralia, Chehalis, and Lewis County. Selected residential neighborhood routes designed for high local response.
The Guide mails every month. Check the top of this page for the exact reservation cutoff, artwork submission deadline, and USPS drop date for the upcoming issue.
No. Simply upload your logo and tell us what offer and contact details you want. We lay it out cleanly according to proven direct-response practices. If you already have finished, print-ready artwork, you can upload that instead. You approve the final proof before printing.
Yes! Before each subsequent card opens to the public, current advertisers get first right of refusal to keep their exclusive category. You can keep the same ad or swap in a new seasonal offer.
We strongly recommend including a dedicated call-to-action—such as "Mention the Guide for $25 off" or a custom promo code / QR code. That way incoming phone calls or website visits are directly attributable to the card.
Cancel before the artwork deadline: we refund your payment minus the card processing fee. If we cannot approve your ad or if the mailer is cancelled, you receive a full refund. After the artwork deadline, spots are locked into the print file and cannot be refunded.
Spots are strictly first-come, first-served. Once a category is reserved, no other business in your trade can appear on this card.
